Oh, it's better than that. The surveys will be a disaster this year, but next year things will be better because you won't have the impending massive layoffs. So the "leaders" can point to improvement in culture and get massive bonuses.

That same DCO is going to get ripped apart on the survey. Reps are calling each other collaborating on what to say to get rid of this guy. He deserves every bit of criticism he gets. Karma!

Merck spending money on advertisement and resources that say the company is "Customer Centric" is a complete lie and waste of money. Merck is not Customer Centric, it is Investor Centric.

The leadership could give a damn about the customer. MRL will throw together any half ass product or combo product to get customers to give us cash. Of course we haven't been able to get many new products on the market because of another waste of money, Peter Kim. I don't know if Roger Perlmutter, the rehire, will be much better. Wouldn't it have been cheaper to keep him instead of hiring him twice? Merck sure knows how to waste money at the upper management levels.

I am no longer at Merck. Haven't even looked back. What a joke of a company. Boy have they gone downhill since the 1980's when they were first in class......This company is not even a shell of the company that it once was. Sorry for the people still there!!!

Dumb@ss, you could have left at anytime....if you could have left (just click your heels together three times and say...). Probably Mr. FU, you actually don't have any skills and you know it. Merck does suck in many ways but Merck owes you? Did you ever really do a good job for this company at any point along you illustrious career. Your going to stick it to them because they deserve it and they did it to you. Ha, you use this board to kid yourself but nobody else. So hang in there, maybe you will get that severance package. What's next hot shot? My guess is that when (if) you get your next job your rants we start about a month later. Your real disappointment and subsequent anger with life is really with yourself.

I emailed the Watson towers and even called them so I could ask questions about survey.

NO ONE HAS CALLED me back. I went through a few questions just to see what questions there are......same old crap as last year. I wanted to ask them about the space limit in the text portion and also who specifically reads them. I also wanted them to pay me to fill the survey.

If you changed managers on Sept 1, which manager are you suppose to write about in the survey.

Why do you care? How much of a loser are you that you can't accept that many people at this company are unhappy and they want to express themselves on this site. Stop being the Merck Koolaid Police and get a life or stay off this site if you don't like what you read.
 




I'm surprised that you don't see the results in IT we get the results at the division level, department level and if your manager has at least 10 reports, at the manager level...
