How about new email. They are changing our Q 4 goals for last year. It's Feb! Said some ppl will have higher goals and some will have lower goals. Not liked they can just pay us what we earned. We always get screwed!!!

Well actually they are doing great, almost all have been on the contract with me from the beginning and performance among all of them is top notch. It's called freaking reality nitwit, maybe my reps do well because we all have a good handle on reality and not some fantasy world where we rely on this company to pull us along on a freaking joyride and act like everything is rosy and compensation is good and we enjoy this shit show. It's laughable. Not as much for me as it is for the reps. At least I have a decent salary and bonus. I'm amazed others have stuck around. If you need hand holding and fake encouragement and bullshit coaching then you aren't in my district. I don't hire your type. You ass. Good managers aren't cheerleaders and full of fake promises for the future.
 






I like your style. We are mature adults not little kids. Managers should back off from following us around and watching our hours. This contract is only as good as your DM. Big turnovers for crappy DM's.
 












Good, experienced reps need feedback, information, questions answered, practice requests, illustrations etc. If someone is not fresh off a first training assembly line they should know how to work the job. Obviousely your Resume is not rich and you have yet to hit High Marks! I am very well compensated at big Pharma was an amazing base and Bounis and company car selections! Yes are are highly skilled and yet we are elite reps also! Do not be jealous because you canot make the big leagues ofr now or in any futures Times!!!!
