I have a F2F in DC this week. It depends on your region where you will be flying to interview.

Here's what I have been told so far.

inVentiv reps will be specialty sales calling on neuros and psychs launching suvorexant. Start August 11 for 1 week home study. Away training for one week after that. In field educating the week of August 25. Approval in September. About 160 reps to be hired. Includes company car all benefits that inVentiv offers. MSL will be hired as well. Salary in the area of $65-$75k with bonus at 18K year. Interviews are taking place this week throughout the country. Top 3 candidates those moving on will meet with RSM that day. Offers may or may not be verbal.

Just to clarify...will there be 3 reps interviewed per territory or will 3 of the reps move forward to meet with the Regional because it is my understanding that usually only 1 person gets to meet with Regional.

if it is like the GSK interviews, 3 people will interview with manager for each territory. From that 3, 1 or 2 will then meet with regional manager.

Usually the final candidate will move forward to meet with regional but the dbm could move more in case they want to place them in other territories. You may interview for one territory but fit better in another one.
