Um, yeah.......I don't think the sales guys are the ones that coordinate the production of clinical data, messaging, branding, value proposition, etc. We work with what we get, whici is usually crap.

I'm in the field... If you Marketing People work so hard why do you not answer your phones??!!!! I've lost track of the times Ive had questions needed help, etc an you guys are nowhere to be found. We as a salesforce, ( well if your a good salesrep ) answer our phones 24/7. Fix the phone lines. Have someone who rolls the phone to their cell and trade off days. Problem is even if we got ahold of you guys you prolly wouldn't know the answer. I do think Jordan does a nice job with hips. But other than him I couldn't really name off too many people up there. You should all go to the front reception desk and let the women at the front know whom to call with knee questions. We always get transferred to Katie or Donna. In my eyes you don't do jack. When will you start emailing out our competitors white papers showing that X3 is better than Verilast?? Bc if you knew anything you'd know that the study shows they ran about 10k in cycles and only 20 degrees in flexion... Why do I know this?? Bc I found it 4 myself. Arm your salesforce. The material is out there, but u dont have it nor will u ever. All other companies arm their salesforce with all kinds of competitive info to "not distribute, but it alllways makes its way to my docs desks. Get With The Program!!!!!!!!!! Or Get Out!!!!!!

I have to say I get through on the phone just fine. Maybe they know it's you calling and refuse to answer. You know they have caller id. If you have been a jerk to them maybe they don't want to answer you. Because, no offense, but you sound like a jerk and that probably comes across to them.

All you sales people relax. The company thinks you are nothing but lazy overpaid moneys. Ex scrub techs who hit the lottery. But its coming to an end. soon we will be marketing direct to hospitals. The rep-less model is here... its happening. Pricing will not permit a 10 % payout for somone to drop off trays an open boxes.
