Don't speak for all of us in the West. I love my DSM and I have no problems with GN. Have you done a ride along with him? I have and I am not in Texas. He was awesome. I learned a ton, he listened to me, he has a true passion for this company and this drug. That also shows in my DSM. To me that is good leadership. I also know of 2 DSM's that wer enot treating their people well and he took care of that to protect the reps. From what I hear the 2 people he picked as the new DSM's are doing very well. Again, to me that shows he cares for the reps and gets the right people to help us be successful.

I like a lot of other things he does to keep us all motivated. I do not know what happened to you but I am guessing you were one of those people cut. I can understand you taking it out on the RSD but c'mon, he is just taking orders. I have worked for several different companies and my DSM is one of the best I have ever had. I also never had an RSD ride with me in the past so I think that is pretty cool.

If you have a problem with him or anyone else why not go to him directly? that is if you are still here. If not move on it will be the healthiest thing you could do. Blaming other people for your situation will not help you get in a better situation. Good luck.
 






don't have a problem with him except he is a moron, first we didn't have any formulary problem with zipsor in the west, pharmacies werent switching, he didn't want to hear that, now they have us wrapped up in paper work, just forget it, the only one responding to this is moron himself, hope ya-all have a good 4th

appreciate the backup from the other poster. You are the only one that defends this moron. We also know that your fat ass loooves when he comes to ride you. oops i mean ride with you. We know who you are and you continue to make a fat ass embarassment of yourself. I do not know the DM's he hired OR fired nor am i in the midwest or texas. what I do know is he is a horrible director/fake/liar with no real business sense. he micromanages the DM's and us and calls it leadership. Its ridiculous to have to do the things he asks and not have any control over our business/targets/time. Your fat GN loving ass is the biggest problem. Now, go call him and tell him you defended him on CP. We know how much you all talk.....

I am in the West too and I am not a girl, not fat, and never talk to him. I have no problem with him either. What paperwork are you talking about? Did you ever think that your paperwork is from your DSM? Mine doesn't make me do extra paperwork which means it isn't coming from RSD. Do you really think targeting and formulary coverage is an RSD thing? He has no power and neither do DSM's. Those problems are higher. I agree with original poster...you need to get a life and move on. Your obsession with someone you don't know is really sick. Wow does he have a major control over you. Seek professional help.

new poster to this thread. i am not fron the west so i do not have a dog in this fight. this thread has been hijacked. the original poster according to the above post was defending a manager. wrong. the original poster was complaining about the possible integrity of zipsor caps and the questionable integrity of xanodyne. i realize that very likely a manager first derailed this thread. please do not feed into this tactic of changing topics. this coverup needs maximum exposure.
 






I wonder if anybody feels they were singled out for PIP or layoff because tehy spoke to docs about this or questioned why we were not supposed to mention this? Forget the FDA lawsuits may bring down our house of cards

poor management of this product is what brought it down regardless of what people think of the Dms or RDs. And yes it's coming down.
 












I did hear a rep in the west had samples explode while a doctor opened the sample pack, have not heard anything regards to a cooler being expensed, all I heard was not to leave samples in car, more then one days worth,

ferring rep here. i used to promote a product for a different company that became compromised by heat and we had that information in our pi and our promotional material. just my 2 cents but i believe the genral statement you provided can be found in just about every products pi. i am disappointed i am only finding out now that zipsor becomes ineffective or inert due to heat or photosensitivity. what about freezing? can anybody confirm that you guys know this to be true? thnax
 












Just heard on the radio that it is 100 deg out and heat index is 110. My car's trunk has to be way hotter than that while sitting in the office parking lots. Thank God for that company-issued cooler! Thanks investors!
 












Really surprised that nothing came down from Newport addressing this mess. Well not really surprised. More like disappointed. One more sign that the doors will be closing soon.

THAT's what pharma companies get when they don't want to pay for experienced reps,,,,you get some dumbass who is cheap in salary but is a walking liability....way to go xano....
 






Zipsor is nothing more than Ibuprophen wrapped in a name brand pretending to be something exotic and new. This medication can be found on any street corner in third world countries, but leave it to America to let criminals market it as legal snake oil. It is sad they are charging hundreds for a 1/17 cent pill, so as far as I'm concerned lying about side effects is a pretty minor offense in the list of harm they do in the name of greed.

your statement is quite possibly one of the most ignorant posts I've read on this forum. I assume you're a competitor who is quite possibly disgruntled about the fact that you clearly have an inferior product. Ibuprofen is a completely different molecule than that which comprises Zipsor. If you chose to sell a crappy product that's your business but don't come on here knocking a drug which helps so many patients because you can't take the heat practitioners are inflicting upon you after they get a call back from a patient saying that they want to go back on Zipsor because your drug failed!!!
