We have new VP/Pres/leadership every 2 years or so. Melanie has to know her time is limited.
Does anyone @ the top hear the deafening silence at the end of your calls? It’s to the point people don’t even speak up.
Culture here is sadly…deflated.

Getting back to the shuffling of VP’s and C suite, is no one in Madison aware of how bad that looks? Not just to institutional investors but to all employees.

I guess Melanie will be the the latest casualty of this but the accelerated timeline is on her. Terrible rollout and the crying, wow!
