Joe Almeida, CEO of Baxter, who was CEO of Covidien, who sold out to MDT. It all stinks badly.

Didnt Covedien execs give themselves a boat load of money on that deal also including Hanson. Thought Hanson got over 10 million out of that deal and almeida got almost 20 million if I remember right. Everything stinks around here anyways.
