DEI initiatives NEVER work because gender and race are not social constructs. They are biological, genetic differences.
Just like the NFL. Certain races are more qualified in the skill sets needed for the NFL. It doesn't mean you won't find other ethnicities in the NFL and people still should be treated on their individual merits but the laws of averages manifest as a clear inequality among races in the NFL.
Same principle applies in other areas of society with other races.
