MDxHealth

MDxHealth, like a lot of smaller lab/pharma companies, is only out for the top (C-suite for their stock options & Stockholders/Board). No care for employees. It functions like a prison camp with fear and intimidation as motivators. HR is not on the employees side. They act like they are but will side with management even when management is wrong.

Honest review:

I knew when I started that the products were old and unloved by physicians. I liked my manager and team. That’s what kept me going. I lasted 3 years. That’s a good run. I’m not unhappy about my experience, but could see the end at the beginning. This place is going nowhere, just trying to stay afloat. The best thing about MDxHealth are the sales reps and SAMs. Management is a mess, which isn’t unusual at a toxic, struggling company.

I always laughed at sales meetings when the CEO would say “we are a growth company.” Acquiring old tests that are no longer the market leader is not growth, that’s desperate to stay alive. The CEO also referrers to the COO as “the Pope” and the CFO as “the Hebrew Hammer.” Bros club for sure with no women in leadership from RSMs up except for HR but she does their bidding.

Take it for experience and then interview until something else hits.

Yes. Buying GPS one of the worst investments of all time.
We all knew that. Most of the Exact reps that came over with GPS have left for better opportunities. Some are now competitors with ArteraAI including one of the VP's.

Hang on tight MDx! You're about to go bankrupt! .... Anyone willing to bail out MDx by buying them??? Probably not. No new tech to acquire and a bunch of old testing. Resolve may be their only hope.
