Because Sales brings in the REVENUE that pays your salary and benefits you fucking overpaid midwestern desk jockey. This company is completely fucked because we don’t put the people closest to the customer ahead of all others. We treat Sales as some afterthought to be managed with income derived by some matrix. Want explosive growth, pay explosive commission. Look at any startup and that is the fundamental culture difference.

And why your customers decide to buy our products becuase of you and your fancy dinners you can only provide. You are not/never were a Heartware rep and if not have the guts to say what you do 'sell' that dinners are how you get your sales . If you dont like our products leave. You ruin our reputation with your crying in the 20 hours a week you 'work'.
