Have you ever used the mdinr sales portal?

If you have the time to post on here during the day you have the time to look up my number.

And could say to you your time would be better spent training and /or retransmission Bing your inside sales team to do their damn job properly and look past the $10 per unit spif and verify insurances and inform the patients properly. Again how is this not fraudulent??
 






Ah despite the challenges and problem within MDINR been consistently top 10% growth centers for MDINR, but would certainly look forward to hearing your wonderful ideas.

Exactly what is fraudulent? The Hcs gets the paperwork signed on setup just like any other product line and asks for monies up front of it is owed. No one is perfect. But it's my goal to make you a perfect sales rep. What state are you in?

As I have stated SEVERAL times in this post NOT verifying supplements and shipping the units to centers w/o the patients being properly notified of what they owe per month. How is this not getting through to you??? How can this not be considered fraudulent???

And I honestly do not know who you are and could care less.

I truly like the service, and if temporarily discomforting you on a public forum brings about positive changes to MDINR then it is a good thing and certainly worth my time. Have a good evening.

We verify the insurance and confirm with the patient over the phone as a service. The Hcs is the one bringing the contract to be signed. So if any patient is being scammed it is at the center level by the Hcs or sales rep. I will bring this concern up to compliance. So what is your center location? Have a good night yourself!

Absolutely incorrect. You in essence have brought forth what is incredibly wrong with this company. You ASSUME what should be happening, in reality it is vastly different. My HCS has had NUMEROUS patients refuse setup because she informed them that most likely they would owe 20%. How DARE you accuse our HCS of fraudulent conduct w/o any information whatsoever!!

With your attitude, lack of responsibility, no accountability whatsoever it is certainly apparent why MDINR is not performing up to par. You said for me to look into the mirror, I say take your own damn advice. Good luck, I hope KH holds you accountable for the failures at MDINR.
 






Why can't you enter the patients secondary info through the MDINR sales sales portal when you are inputting the order? Then it will get done and your patient won't run away after hearing about the 25 dollars a month they will owe. Talk about hand holding. What state/city are you in?

Ahh again we do! Do you really think k the patient gets billed for $25??? How many months does it take to get through Medicare & then through the supplement before the patient gets a bill for $300+ ??

You know what I am lowering myself to your level. I originally posted with the intent to better the situation. This is obviously lost on you. Trying to reason with the unreasonable is futile.

Keep the course, you are doing fantastic! Is that what you want to hear? You have a floundering product/service & has been for years. Instead of getting defensive open your mind to what is being done isn't working. Keep blaming it on others & not taking personal responsibility & I can guarantee you one thing. It WILL catch up to you.

May i ask what your job is? You wouldn't be one of those slimey drug reps soon to be without a job would you? The job market doesn't think too kindly of a glorified caterer who can only get a docs signature for free samples.

Best of luck to you. Meanwhile top lincare reps are raking in the cash. I have reps breaking 150k a year making 40k a year off mdinr alone.

I've been doing this since lincare purchased MDINR and I've never heard of that.

I know there is a lot of negativity within our company and I'd like to address it. Points listed above are being adressed. This is in our control at the corporate level. I'd like for the sales team to focus on what is in your control and make this a success. We are being affected in a big way by the CBA and reimbursement on this line can help pull us through. Please stay positive and we can make this a win win.

With that said, what other concerns do you have. I promise to personally address every one of them.

Sorry we are far too busy following up on MDINR orders because we cannot trust your car's, calling patients who are 1 day late for testing because if the constant nasty emails from MDINR, waiting on hold for MDINR billing on patients behalf because they call the center irate due to bills & expired financials, etc etc etc.

As if MDINR is our only product/service.

Keep denying the issues and watch the continued demise of this service.

Getting additional supplement/secondary coverage would be great! Limited supplement insurance contracts really hurts our area!
