Those were not buyers they were the undertakers measuring the corpse for it's coffin. Buyers for a turd like this POS will show up after the fire. A fire sale is the only way anyone would but Alcami.
 




The stock market has done really well the last few years. ARES capital has not. The stock has fallen since the 2013 high of 18 and change. They have got to want to scrape some of the losers, like Alcami, off of their shoes. The problem is finding a buyer (sucker) who will want to take on the debt/loss.

Selling a business like Alcami is tough. The buildings may be leased and have no net worth. If they are owned then they have limited value. The equipment is old, used equipment is very hard to sell.

What they are selling is the client base and the reputation of the business. The value of those "assets" is diminished every day.. The EBIDTA sucks, they have no cash, the reputation has been severely damaged by the most recent crop of fools. The only buyers will be another bottom feeder or someone who wants to buy yhe place at a huge discount.

It is a very fast-paced environment - not for everybody. Some folks also don't like this level of accountability. You have to be willing to go the extra mile, which again is not for everybody.

This company, Alcami, the great ALCHEMIST, is a frickin joke. The management team, starting with SK down to his territorist organization, TD, SH and the “the others” are no better than the garbage exposed by the likes of Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein. With the rampant harassment, these guys should all be fired. Who hires their girlfriend, gets BJs in the parking lot and carries on like they own the place.

This management organization is a GANG and operates by fear and intimidation, the same way the losers in the Entertainment media does. This needs to stop and ARES CAPITAL needs to do something.

No company should EVER tolerate this type of culture. The acceptance of harassment, both verbually and other forms will need to be corrected.

There will be a massive cleanup when the ELT are gone.
