I agree. If I have to hear one more of these guys talk in January about what the did in trauma 10 years ago and how the are better than Recon and Endo I might shoot myself. Retire. Quit. Be like matt and call it personal reasons, just get out of the way of the ones who are really growing business in trauma can keep this company going.

Exactech is a cover he is running an Orthofix Distributor and is slowly rebuilding his old geography, all under his "brothers name" so it doesn't look like its Matt doing it.
