Matrix vs. Spark

Guess I’m the only one that sees it as better than Matrix. Provides a lot more data lenses… it has a few bugs that need to get fixed, but overall, I am starting to like it better. Matrix had quite a few annoying limitations.

I'm sure someone thought they could make their mark changing the analytics platform to Spark. I'm sorry but that has to be one of the worst decisions AZ has made in quite some time. Whoever brought this forward and the one that signed off on it needs to be fired. I know that seems harsh, but that level of incompetence cannot go with a significant effect. Maybe people will learn not to push out platforms w/o significant testing and ensuring at the very least the platform does what the one being replaced did.
Nobody at that level ever get punished for their failures, either with a demotion or poor performance review. They simply get shuffled off to one of thousands of do nothing global roles. #katymiller

I think you need to expand on the positives. Otherwise, this sounds like CYA from the person who brought this forward or signed off on it.

Friday, they have a call to help explain crap, which did very little. Then today, you try to open up that shitshow of a platform and you get an "you are unauthorized" message. Can't make this stuff up.
Why would a company launch something that isn't even close to being ready for primetime? Oh wait... ineptitude. Permeates this organization at these levels. As long as you self-promote and kiss the right arse, it really doesn't matter if you are qualified for the position.

listening to the chinese guy and the loudmouth talk their way around every question without actually answering was laughable. why the ics/saba screen? why the decimals? why the online only? dont worry this is what "reps wanted" we know better than anyone who actually uses this to see data.
