Who did they let go? I resigned last year, I don’t miss a thing. Just like MWI to let great people go, if someone doesn’t like you they will force you out.
WILMAH at work….Layoff and overlook the men who perform well. Keep and promote mediocre or average women. DEI (Didn’t Earn It) will only harm MWI as those who are the best are pushed out or overlooked in favor of checking a box.
The board of WILMAH includes multiple MWI directors, including MWI’s HR Director. Connect the dots…It’s blatant discrimination.
