Most hospital systems will not be putting this drug on formulary. It isn't just a comment, it is a fact. There literally is no interest and everyone is finding the data to be subpar. Expect lay-offs soon.

They don’t want to put any of these drugs on formulary for many reasons, but by next summer, they won’t have a choice with 3 of them available. Plus, a good chunk of the issue in many places is cost. They won’t say it publicly, but they will and have said it to our leadership - no rebates plus misc J code and waiting on an NCD is not financially worth it to them.
No disagreeing about layoffs, though. There’s too damn many of us!
