Huh? You don't feel pressure here? The company is in incredible debt, we are paid a substandard salary compared to our competitors), the new hires are making tens of thousands less (which should tell you what Teva thinks you're worth), we have no pipeline to speak of, some of the best managers and reps at Teva have and will be leaving. But, you want to stay here because Neurocrine may ask you to sell something? Got it.

That's a tall order for some of those leaving! They're happy to get the 25K base bump, but expecting accolades for just doing the basics. Can't wait for the outrage when they fill their first tank of "car allowance" gas!

Oh I went through the interview process and was provided with a verbal offer detailing the comp plan and breakdown of the benefits. After looking at all the specifics and running the numbers with the target bonus plan, it was pretty much a lateral move. Plus, I heard things about the manager I would be working for that weren't so compelling. I'm good, thank you!
