Unrealistic expectations with shitty coverage, high copays and now the need to enter comprehensive call notes which could put you in jail, no way. My manager told me what my Q2 payout was going to be and when I asked about the curve TN spoke about on the town hall I was told that the so called curve is subjective, I asked based on what? The response was laughable and I asked if those items could be put in an email. No, that's not going to happen either. I asked how could there be a payout without the Q2 totals which include PAP, 60mcg, 90mcg and mail order numbers added? I was told they are working on that now, lol so hey you moron then if the numbers are not done yet then why tell your region what their payout is?
I can't take this any more and yesterday I accepted another position that pays more in salary, bonus, options, ESPP, company car and not run by anyone with an Amgen background. I plan to resign on Friday, FU Opko! Anyone who is interviewing this week, RUN don't walk away from this shit show around every turn of a company.

May I ask what company you are going to? Did you find them via a recruiter or by networking? Thank you for your warning...
