Mallinckrodt is an organization with vision and a strategic growth plan for the next 5 years. If you have not been with a growing company and do not adapt to change, this is not a place for you. I am thrilled to be part of an organization that has a focused plan. If you are not this person, you should also seek opportunities elsewhere.

The company has gone downhill so quickly under the new "leadership". It may not have been perfect under the old leadership but it was much better. The team constantly changes things and keeps taking things away from direct hire reps...pain certification bonus, week of Christmas as holidays, increasing goals for sept-December the 2nd week of December, and the list will get longer as the year goes on.

It used to be a good place to work but now, not so much.
 






I love it here. Been here 2 years made 140k last year no bullshit reports or paper work. Asked to do many different projects have always been given credit for a job well done and have been no where close to presidents club. You could do much worse. There is no mass exodus a few good reps and managers left but not a big deal. There is always someone just as good to replace them waiting in the wings.
 












You obviously made the bulk of your money growing Exalgo. Exalgo will soon be going away and if XXR is not approved, you will soon be taking home unemployment compensation.

You are clearly a moron and wouldn't ever achieve 180k if it bit you. Top reps make that ALL the time ...even at the big pharma companies like BMS, J&J , Genetench, cel gene etc. how do I know? I have several friends in the industry and that kind of money is expected for a seasoned rep. So shut your whiney ignorant hole as you are completely naive and no idea what an experience rep makes. Cadence like any other pharma company complies Sunshine. Go away little contract rep. Go away. You're a contract rep and nothing more for a reason.

Enjoy while you can. A change in comp or other issue, a managed care issue, a new DM there are many variables. but it unlikely to continue. you could see yourself earning a lot less
 






Agree. It certainly only took a shirt few months to go downhill. The company had such promise just a year ago. But wait, using influential selling will change everything!!!

And now the issue with Reach and Freq, already got my first reprimand for not seeing all my ST. And this is only the first month
 






R&F would be doable if we had valid targets. Most of mine are no see totally, or no see without a lunch. I do everything I can do without getting asked to leave. I also like how the addresses and prescription data is ancient. I have HT primary care docs that quit writing narcs years ago.
