Great drug? Relax there please. It's an oral with lots of baggage, and we are so out of our league against the big guns like Teva and Buyogen. Our hands are tied and we just can't compete. The overall long term success of this drug is non existent. As more entrants come to market, Gilenya will move further and further down the food chain. Unfort it's a good drug, by no means great, and Buyogen has a better oral coming soon.

Yes, Novartis is Swiss. In case you are too young to know, the Swiss happily took care of Nazi leaders' money. Much of which plundered from Jewish and other conquered citizens.
