What happened to the cognition data for Brintellix? Thought it was coming very soon.
 












Tons and tons Of takeda reps were in final negotiations. Now they say NO GO because of takeda legal team blocking all negotiations w Takeda employees w ironwood. What a crappy company deal - I don't respect Takeda anymore - ever.

This is sad but true. I know of 4 reps right now that were in negotiations with Ironwood and they had to pull our offers bc of Takeda supposed non- compete clause. Does anyone have a copy of this non-compete clause? I'd like to see it.

Takeda reps leave for Novo all the time, how do they get away with that?

Funny! TAP had the most unethical sleaze balls for reps! That is why Abbott got rid of the company!! They sold one product with zero competition and at the NSMs, everyone was screwing each other. No ethics and amoral behavior!!
 




the non compete is one year after final day for directly competing products in the same territory. If they leave for nova diabetes, but where selling constipation, GERD and anti-depressants then it won't apply.
Can't go to Ironwood probably because of amitiza has similar idications as Linzess

Exactly. This is why Takeda made the move to give everyone Amitiza. Simply a way to prevent any of the sales force from leaving for Ironwood.
