Marv Kelly failed Again

As someone who worked in the home office, I’m saying it - i find him to be a misogynistic, callous snake in the grass and wouldn’t trust him if he tongue came notarized.

And I’m not vilifying Marv for this happening - this was years in the making but he did nothing to make the situation any better.

We didn’t trust him when he got here and clearly, our gut was right. I’m not sure anyone (except Bill Shank) was done right by him. But even so, I believe that’s just a matter of time as well.

Great post. And no one can understand his Bill Shank infatuation. Bill is an old school snake snake oil salesman. He is also extremely difficult to work with.

Marv has been a snake everywhere hes been. JNJ, GSK, Endo. Marv is about Marv. He's a user. Always has been. Always will be. People eventually get what they deserve. Both good and bad.
 






Marv was sleazy. He’s trash someone to you behind there back, then trash you to them the next day. Totally manipulative. His marketing skills are pretty obvious, given the incredible success of Symproic. Personally and professionally, the man is a zero.
 






I would slightly disagree here. Marv Kelly is absolute manuipulative trash who is agressive and disrespectful, especially to women.

However, he is very intelligent. Symproic was just a late to market product, it had no chance. He had to keep up the company line and sell all of us. There were plenty drinking the Marv Kelly Koolaid in both Marketing and Sales. I would argue that he did a great job selling all of us.

Agree that MK is toxic and a poor leader, but who was the damn genius (sarcasm) at PP that hired him? Hmm?

Someone has to (1) bring him in for an interview(s) and then (2) hire him. So who did that? Phil Kramer? Someone on the Board? Landau?

Maybe Marv Kelly was "hired" just like Landau was promoted.....both with 1 mission....to close out the company? How's that for a thought?
 












Saeed hired Marv to replace David Xu. Marv used that entryway to basically take over the entire company. He basically dominated everyone and did it well. Sure he is a psychopath but he knew exactly what he was doing.

Phil Cramer is a big stupid poodle. Useless in every way but Craig loves him.

Too bad about David Xu. I actually heard from a few people that David Xu was a smart guy and that he asked the right questions.

I remember that David Xu was the person who broke the news that Belbucca was being launched...like 3 days before the fact. This was back in the MT and Sayeed days of the fall of 2015.
