Strong female leader? She’s back to a district manager. Was never strong. Was dreadful! Ask anyone but maybe a couple of frauds that would side with her. She has virtually no one on her side! That speaks volumes.
 


















So will the staff of medical assistants who she would talk down too and parade around with her high maintenance life style that has now caught up with her. She has offended so many over the years that it was hard to hear over and over again from people making $15 an hour.
 












Who’s going to help her find a job? How many people has she helped ever do anything that did not benefit her directly? I told my manager not even to consider her for a vacancy we have…and he has heard of her and knew better.

Watching her being stripped of her power little by little is extremely gratifying and reassuring that the higher ups know what’s up…powerless

Her post ha. The only thing she has ever done to help anyone is get them fired or talk shit behind back. Good luck. I bet MS feels relieved cutting ties with her she’s an energy suck
 






No one thinks MS had any control with layoffs. There saying she was the most divisive phony with a management role.

She hurt many folks .

Sad but true.

Time to move on.

To blame Marcia is just dumb…leave it alone folks-the Rx business was driven into the ground by global. Almost no one in the US is making decisions anymore…

and I’m sorry your experience was so atrocious and you were forced to stick around to work for and/or with someone that you disliked so much. Poor guy. It must have been terrible to be trapped like that.
 






No one is saying she is responsible for the crumble of the organization…just that she kept complete washed up people in their positions for too long. People who protected her lies, secrets and deviant behavior. And with the wrong people in those positions and her complete lack of judgement the company failed to hit any goals. Oh wait maybe she is responsible. Looks like the higher ups caught on not to share anything with M the mouth. She got sideswiped
