I've been vaccinated but im also practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. I have 2 children under the age of 12 who can't get vaccinated. I am in the field meeting with physicians and offices but being health csre providers they are limiting to one on one meetings. I am afraid to go sit in a room for hours with numerous people all while the delta variant is exploding. Don't want to take unnecessary risks and infect my unvaccinated children. I'm not attending in person!
 


















If someone brings covid home after this meeting and their child or elderly parent gets sick or worse. The lawsuits are going to cripple us. Even though there is a virtual option managers are telling their people it wouldn’t be good for them not to go.

These meetings are not necessary or business critical and are creating a morale issue even bigger than you already had.

Stop it. Everyone has kids and elderly relatives. You aren't special and your situation is not unique. Sporting events, restaurants, schools/universities and theaters are full again and the only people getting sick and hospitalized are those who choose not to get vaccinated. According to Johns Hopkins and the Wall Street Journal, since June, 99.2% of all U.S. patients hospitalized and/or dying are unvaccinated. The numbers are accurate and they don't care about your feelings.

There will be exactly 0.0 lawsuits. All you keyboard warriors claim you will sue. You won't. You never do. So here are your options:

1. Shut up
2. Get vaccinated
3. Go to the meeting

Or you can quit.

Shut up! My child's nursery school was closed because of a child testing positive for COVID so this is real.
 






Some of us actually put our families above work. Let me guess you don’t have kids and are selfish 20 something or upper management who is for whatever reason determined to have these meetings in person.

Boo boo. Cry me a river you special “mommy rep.” My kids high school was shut down for over a year. It was miserable and unnecessary based on outcomes data. Statistically, school age kids don’t get sick and die from this virus. Yours will be just fine.

And unless you have been completely locked inside, meaning no trips to the gym, restaurants, visits with friends and family, it’s time to get jabbed and back to work. Stop using your kids as an excuse to extend your work at home life.

Shut your bitch mouth! It wasn't enough that you posted this once but you had to post it twice after CP took the first post down.

The mf difference between your kids and anyone with a kid under 12 is that your kids are vaccine-eligible while those under 12 are not. Many have taken more precautions than you can imagine to keep people safe but clearly others don't do the same.

You have no right to comment on the situation of another's stressful experience (espevially one that has a toddler).

The bottom line is that it is a PERSONAL medical decision which affects nobody but yourself (I don't want to hear the propaganda claiming otherwise because it's false). You should make that decision for yourself weighing your personal situation based upon risks and benefits. One size therapy does not fit all when it comes to Covid.

Finally, a nation which has now gone for decades hearing, "my body, my choice" when it comes to abortion shouldn't have to put up with vaccine mandates or bullying because unlike in abortion, this really is legitimately, my body, my choice.

The bottom line is that this is a PUBLIC health crisis and very unlike your comparison to abortion. I say you refuse the shot due to your ignorance as this company can do without you.
