Actually the managerial double dip is the easiest dip to pull off. No one checks your schedule. You are home all the time. You do field rides and can always cut them short to handle business at company 2.

RPharm manager is double dipping. He has cancelled multiple field rides and most conference calls to fit his schedule. He has had 6 reps quit in past 2 months since he got assigned manager. You would think if he is double dipping and interviewing, he would not be such a harassing bully.
