Managers back to micro managing to prove their worth. JM and his yes men forcing reps back into offices with no official product. Is that legal?

It’s not a big deal, pharmaceutical companies do this all the time. My manager told me to gather information, protocol, peoples names and stuff like that. I am not talking product , disease state, and the offices are fine. If you are catching shit from ur offices, you’re not doing it right. I have never heard so many people complain about doing the easiest job on the planet. Wtf you blaming Jeff and Jason and your manager, be happy you’re employed

Totally agree. Normal Pharmaceutical companies have a plan in place. Instead of force reps into the field with nothing to sell, talk about, or do. Sales reps could run Kowa better than Jason and Jeff. Glad I got out when I saw the painting on the wall. They don’t have experience or knowledge like a real Pharma company. Look how SEG went, look how BlinkRx went, like how “ Omaha “ went.

Pharma companies do this ALL THE TIME? That is hilarious. Kowa is loyal, I was there for quite a while and loved the place until Jeff started hiring yes men to follow his incompetence. "Omaha", "Artic", sounds like a snap count from Peyton Manning. Kowa has the resources and willingness to keep this going. Mr. Miwa treats it like a sports franchise threw money at Livalo for 7 years to turn a profit. It is good for those too lazy to find other employment, but they also expect you to accept below industry salaries. They should clean house in Montgomery and get at least one competent person inside or it won't matter how loyal they are to all of you. Jeff and Jason have run this place into the ground, stop making excuses and start seeing what is actually happening. Most of you deserve better. I don't know a single person who is gone that isn't happy they left. Omaha, Arctic HIKE HIKE HIKE.
