Well, depends on what exactly she meant. This is a contested election based on mass fraud. So there is no president elect as of yet. She might be stating as to when the results are final.
If shes stupid enough to be referring to biden and the fake news, it's very inappropriate. Shes inserting her political beliefs on others and could be referred to hr.
Honestly politics is not appropriate in the workplace certainly not a manager, as they can offend others who might not share their opinions.

The way she said it was that she was trying to make you feel bad if you voted the other way. Fortunately someone on our team changed the subject
If even Fox News called the election, it is over. This is not like 500 votes in Florida. It’s hundreds of thousands of votes across many states. You can hold press conferences in every landscaping company drive way in the nation and nothing will change.
That said, not wise to ever comment on politics, because some hot head on either side is going to go crazy and stir up trouble, even if you just say “let’s all try to get along.” Hopefully the manager will learn their lesson.
I'm not saying Trump will win. But this election is far from over. Wisconsin votes are likely to be thrown out, AZ is now trending Trump, Nevada has votes that could be thrown out. NC going Trump way.
Really will depend on PA. But this election was incredibly close.
It was less close than 2016 and there wasn’t all this drama back then. The Networks only declare a projected winner when they are over 95% confident based on modeling. For some the bar is set at 99%. There are about 250,000 votes in the battleground states dividing them. Most recounts lead to shifts of a couple hundred. Trump currently only meets recount criteria in WI and GA.
It will be what it will be, but I wouldn’t waste any time thinking Trump will win. Wall Street certainly isn’t. No votes have been excluded and courts wouldn’t even hear most of the cases due to lack of evidence.
Trump will win AZ, Wisconsin (votes being thrown out), GA (votes being thrown out)...still won't be enough...needs PA. Not sure if he has enough of a legal battle there. Also CNN even reported today about a computer program that had an effect on numerous states- but not sure which ones. I didn't read it just saw the headline.

I'm actually ok with Trump not getting in. It will get rid of the Covid BS a lot faster. Not saying Covid isn't real because it is...but 85% of the deaths have been over age 65 with 70% of the deaths over age 75...we need to get back to normal and will do so much faster under Biden (even though he won't do anything different and only take credit for the work the Trump team has done- including getting the vaccine approved much faster than it should be).

Puzzled? Yeah, us too. So, we asked a different White House rep what gives, and got this -- "Kayleigh appeared in her personal capacity as a private citizen. She advises the campaign on a voluntary basis."

Why should Trump loop Biden in when his lawsuits aren't over yet? The press doesn't call and decide an election. If he provides proof and though a court of law gets Michigan or PA reversed Biden may not be president. This is 100% FACT. It may be unlikely...but its fact. Don't kid yourself. Everyone gets their day in court in America. And Trump will get his. Again look back at Bush and Florida...Al Gore thought he was president elect for a month.
