with sale and soon restructuring I can't believe how I am hearing many managers are behaving
creating additional responsibilities and busy work for their reps to perform in the hope of impressing upper management as it will save their jobs don't they realize if you're slated to be gone your gone no matter what you do
The over the top ass kissing and sucking up and praising every word out of there boss' mouths is embarrassing including on conference calls fir everyone to hear is there no pride

I over heard my manager saying he was going to get rid of some reps. Hes not bright enough to fight to keep these people. Once they are gone, Shire wont let him fill those slots. I doubt Takeada will either as we have too many reps in OBU. His Region isnt going to havw enough reps for him to keep his job.

They will fill the spots. There are openings in my team and they are filling them

They bring ZERO VALUE; and are in he check the box mentality!

If I hear,”let’s jot leave money on the table”, or keep working hard as you can determine your future one more time I will puke !

Don’t think for a moment our future has already been decided... and it isn’t on numbers—- we all know how accurate those are...

What a joke they are! And get out of our cars! Some RD s are down to only a few reps in their region! Why not start getting rid of the excessive amount of RD s here instead of just trying to fire the reps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 






There will be a realignment in q1..either a layoff or just realignment of territory boundaries so they will get bigger. They are not backfilling many that are open or will be coming open soon.
 






Management: an inflated title of perceived authority consistent with constant job rationalization and sacrificial ass kissing. Enables unwanted sexual advancement that, though documented and properly reported, is instead rewarded with more entitlement, only to be lifted up as an example of “leadership” for all to follow. Self-preservation at its finest. All hail Shire management.

Here is a great cost saving idea to ensure the reps actually in their territories WORKING, we should have them attach ankle monitors each morning and then we are able to easily tract their movement. Ankle bracelets for the reps!!!!
