Completely agree, people get hired, then their supervisors leave quickly.

Not sure what all of the complaining is, people come people go, they just "go" from PathGroup quicker than a normal lab! HAHAHAHA

Texas, is the obvious answer. Nothing profitable coming from there. Mostly expensive IOPs in almost every office. Building an empire of lost profits.

Cause sales management isn't paying attention or doesn't care. They just want to show that they are hitting numbers, that's it.

From what I have seen working in the lab especially those in lead or management positions is they do know or have a good understanding of what is going on or how to do things. It’s definitely not them pulling the strings.....

The investor group is obviously pulling all the strings. We have business, but it isn't profitable. Reps are putting IOPs in sites that Quest wouldn't touch! The lab is a mess, our attempt at Covid is finally going just okay. TAT for all other services are now horrible. Wait till your clients figure it out sales team! This place is the Titanic, slowly sinking while the band (lab management) continues to play.

Another drunk sales rep commenting on real issues within the lab. Do you feel like a big boy? What they said was true, this company is going down quickly and you cannot see it while sitting in your car pretending to go see clients.

Another week and another round of people quitting here. Management isn't even aware half of the time. Accessioners just no show. Maybe we should pay lab employees fair wages!!
