G has made it clear that they are willing to ax reps when the going gets tough because of bad management decisions. Think about what is going to happen at the end of this year if ivermectin doesn't pan out. More layoffs. Get out now while these other companies are building derm sales forces.

It better happen. Every single person I know at this company is interviewing with Celgene. If that doesn't pan out, Novartis is up next, then AbbVie, then Merck, then Amgen/AZ, etc. Wake up home office, the market is going to be flooded in the next 2 years with new psoriasis drugs, while you claim to be a derm only company and just dissolved your psoriasis franchise. Hope the DSM's here are ready for their job titles to change to recruiter.
 




Celgene is looking for reps that are not burnt by being in derm for too long especially from Galderma (I know this for sure)
They are looking for ppl that are new to the derm side bc they are hungry and highly motivated and that are willing to take a lower salary and make big commissions bc they want to work. Let's face it most of you want easy and complain like crazy. They just know.

interesting theory. pls explain their methodology for hiring Galderma reps for their Rheum division.

So how many people have left since the national meeting? Heard the new division reps and mgrs getting out while they can. If you're a current employee, are you thinking about leaving, interviewing, or sticking it out?
 




After yesterday's news, it seems almost certain more layoffs are coming at the end of the year. Be thankful some companies are building out new salesforces and go while you can. I know I am.

The best days are well behind this place. The good news is ton of ex Galderma employees are up and running at several other companies. Network with them - almost all of them are more than happy to help you. Also, all of them are happy to be out of Galderma. At Galderma - No leadership, questionable ethics and self serving very limited management both in the US and abroad.

The warning signs have been coming for years and now the wall has been hit. We are officially stuck in a ditch with no real opportunity to get back on track. The fun once great culture in the US sales force is now officially dead. Take it off life support and take care of yourself and your families. This place will not be there to help you.
