Reps are fired over sales performance; yet market access, sales ops/incentive comp team, and market development continue to get a free pass! Where’s accountability with those worthless divisions.
 
























Xiidra sucks. Nobody has ever cared about it. Not getting it approved on plans is probably how the managers care team gets bonuses. It will be gone soon. Why does OBU whine about everything? Is it b/c they know things are looking grim? Or is it because they know they are even more primary care than primary care reps?

OBU is very “primary care” from the top down! No mention of sales performance. Reports and contests built around enrolling patients in Ask Iiris and lunch/office activity is embarrassing. I hope Takeda burns this whole place down and gives me a severance!
 






While I appreciate the effort in Mike's email this morning it's just too little too late. Hindsight is 20/20 that shit should have been done for this year since so little ACTUALLY hit goal.
 






Remember the excuse last time was Allergan didn't fight fair? We are going to sue them for unfair trade practices?

Managed care team learned NOTHING.
On fact, our coverage got WORSE.

It was just another lie just like all the other excuses they keep feeding us.

Contrary to troll comments,, X has 93% national managed lives coverage!! MC is proud of of accomplishments and we were rewarded by senior management. Stuff it troll turkeys!
 


















The execution is just embarrassing. Really. The coverage gets worse each year. Allergan has to be laughing their ass off. If this company was dedicated to eye care, they would of made sure to have a solid position for success, balance the rebate cost and set us up for future product launches. I'd like to see some heads roll. Where is the accountability? This is the worst MHC team I have ever worked with. No communication, unwillingness to work together, poor execution. More resignations are coming in every day and I might have to join the pack.

We've lost some commercial plans for 2019 and it hasn't even been communicated to us yet. We will get an announcement AFTER goals are set if at all. The funny is the MHC team doesnt even know the changes, its all online already.
