KM went after RB because his manager SC wanted to get rid of him so she could bring on board one of her friend reps. Had nothing to do with lack of performance; RB was the silent rockstar.
KM famously bragged that he believed he could grow sales by cutting territory size. I guess it would work if all territories had homogeneous compositions of potential business. He went after RB’s business several times. As we can see, KM’s plan failed miserably.
 












OPKO just sounds like any other company. Same story, different company. Find another career.
OPKO is not like any other company. Sure, every company has its thorns, but they don’t sting as badly as the ones at Opko do. Find another career? Not so easy for veteran reps. Perhaps if you sound like a 12-year old just like the rep who asked about Q2 payout on the call, maybe there’s hope to switch careers.
