Welcome to contract companies! This is exactly why they have the reputation of being shady. I was excited and interested in this position. I did everything they asked. I put my life on hold for 2 days and flew in for a few interviews. And 2 weeks go by and I can't get the people who contacted me to even give me the time of day! I know most of you are thinking that I just didn't get an offer and am upset, but I am still not sure about anyone getting offers now and just can't understand how they can leave so many people hanging like this. Now the product gets delayed and they still won't reach out. If anyone who works for inVentiv reads these posts, I would love some real feedback. The bad news for you is that while you are wasting time, the good candidates are still interviewing with other companies and now you will probably loose a few to other offers. I have worked for contract companies in the past and you learn to roll with the punches, but this is a little crazy.
