Major resignations internally

Ask GSK management. They made all the investment decisions and also made the decision to give you the boot.

Yes, GSK purchased Stiefel for $3.4 billion. So who is more to blame; Executive team for trying to get the max purchase price or GSK for doing poor due-diligence and actually paying what they paid?

I dont blame Bill for the declining sales, I blame GSK. Fabior could have been launched in May 2012, yet GSK's ultra conservative approach has delayed it to later this year. I dont see that being Bill's fault. Finally, Bill left on his own because he couldnt take how GSK was ruining the Stiefel legacy. If you still worked here you would completely agree, but since you were fired, all you do is make up facts due to having an axe to grind.

With Darren C's recent job performance maybe he can be head janitor.

But there is this nice write up on the website
"Darren is responsible for developing corporate strategy, commercial analytics, acquisition integration, portfolio planning, and product development project management. Additionally, Darren oversees the office of the president as well as Stiefel’s Global Dermatology Academy, a best-in-class training program for Stiefel employees around the world."

It sounds like he is an important man in an important job

His position was eliminated some time ago. He has to find a new job in the company.

I think I just saw Mike D on the corner with a cardboard sign which said, "please help an unemployed individual who was WAY under qualified for his last position and treated colleagues and employees like poop."

We think your proposed amount is to much. Knowing you want to hire employees who have a history of losing millions of dollars we would like to propose the following trade:

We will pay you one paper shredder and a package of ding dongs and give you Darren C, Mike D, all the product managers you dont already have (founding members of the garden of incompetence) in exchange for Bill H (Ronald McDonald the overpaid fry cook) and Jim H (Wimpy, I will gladly raise prices on products today in exchange for massive loss revenue in the future).

We will the sign Ronald McDonald and Wimpy and trade them to Allergan for a stuffed skunk.
