I resigned with the 8 others to go to Ipsen. I was able to get a job without a year end review. iRon Marine is absolutely stealing money from you Deryk. Have some respect for the people who work for you and hold him accountable!

This is needs to be addressed. If a TBM was stealing from the company like this he or she would be fired. In this case it’s fairly easy to confirm and validate. You all know that the posts on iRon Marine are correct. The man doesn’t work. He is collecting a paycheck and doing nothing to earn it. If you think otherwise then you are in serious denial. Just check it’s all there for you to validate.
 






Now you pipe down on Ron. He’s had a long distinguished career and has earned his right to coast and collect a paycheck. Expecting him to work is your problem not his.
 












‘Distinguished’ is not the word I would use to describe his career. You really should direct your ire at Deryk. He is the one who is allowing his people to not work. It would be Deryk’s job to require field rides, reviews, etc.. Deryk just wants babysitters at this point so he can retire.
 


















No longer my problem. I resigned and whether it works out or not I’m happy with my decision.
Glad you guys left. It will raise our salaries and you guys can have fun tryin to sell a pediatric rare drug with side effects and hope that your drug beats the Cymabay drug! And besides money ain’t everything!

People showing their disgust with no RSU payout, low salaries, managers at all levels thinking this is a high volume product like Diabetes, or many other disease states, in small geos, where you can demand reach and frequency. That’s not this!! Maybe cleaning house through many levels needs to be done.
 












I don’t care about RSU payout. I was planning to leave regardless. I’m moving forward and Intercept is now in my rear view mirror. I have nothing mean to say about anyone. I did what I thought was best for my family and myself. The End!

I just did my first expense report with my new company. It took me 20 minutes to complete, and I was reimbursed within three days. There is not a lawsuit with a large enough dollar amount to compensate me for the Hell I went through at this organization. So glad I'm out of the micromanaging gulag.
