He needs to spend less time on LinkedIn & CP. He is the Kardashian of CCO’s. Most big pharma have really strong CCO’s. BMS has a beauty queen that lives on Social Media, only focuses on C2C, does not understand strategy, & CANNOT deliver. Plus he only focuses on filling his LT with incompetent DEI leaders who are mirror images of him living on LI. Case in point Tania Small. Geeez. No wonder this company is in a world of hurt with more to come.
