140’s for base is the range here. The 190 is including bonus. But then again once you subtract 15k for out of pocket auto/fuel expenses it drives total comp down to 175. Look 175 still may be good comp for you and if so great. My thing is many exp reps make more than that so it’s not game changing comp. More median avg for industry standards.

Guys, I have been in this industry for just over 20yrs. I know what base salary vs total pay is. $190 base, $1,300 car allowance (which I know I will be taking a hit on). Up to 6% match on 401k and at plan is $42k .

Base is 160 if you aimed high in the initial discussions. 401 k matches only 50% up to 6%. The car is not anywhere near 1300. That’s a laugh. It’s not even 1/2 of that amount
 


















I'm in the AZ field...there is no way you guys are getting into LTC facilities. They have been closed since Covid began. They will not open up until they know covid is behind them due to liability
