Let’s just say the grass is a different shade of green which works for me. The lemmings there have drunk way too much koolaid punch spikes with low dose arsenic

And whatever works for you is the key....Good luck. Me? I still like it here. Sometimes its up to you to make it tolerable. Where can you go outside our industry which by the way is changing dramatically and make the salary etc that you are making? Its a job, and its a good one.
I was certainly saddened by our colleagues who were displaced. But in my eyes, they were very good people and were able to find jobs, because they were well respected in the industry. I wish people wouldn't be so negative about this type of job. Its a pretty good gig.

Absolutely! Check out Novartis thread for how a manager can ruin someone's life. Sociopathic managers need to be PIP'd out of here ASAP! They bring nothing to the company except loss of good reps, terrible morale and, ultimately, loss of business. Isn't their job to enhance GNE sales? Too many need to be reminded of their job description. Once again where is HR?

Disgraceful how GNE continues to tolerate rogue managers. Why are they protected? Oh yes, we've all heard that HR is there to protect the company. Aren't CSs part of the company, too?
