Things CSCs need to realize: the volume that comes from the Northeast drives revenue, so they help pay your salary. Rules are made/changed due to sales patterns of the NE, I.e. getting paid on routine use, total volume, etc so you should "give a crap". You're delusional if you think TFS isn't wired in to the activity, MM would still be here if they weren't.

that's why I left this place. couldn't sleep at night trying to figure out how i could cheat enough to make mgmt happy. you can't have enough volume unless you pay people off in this business ....ask ANY ACE winner
