I didn't have any issues with any of the managers. The majority of them were very professional. One was very granular and someone I would never have worked for but they were all respectful. Truth be said I never stopped interviewing through the 3 months and if I got the jobs I really wanted I would've dusted this position. Unfortunately I got beat out at the other job before I could ghost lexicon. I use my disappoints as opportunities to reboot and do better

same for moi, and what an unprofessional experience from the get go, and were talking months ago!!!!!!!!!
The real irony is how this horrific place actually thinks they will represent themselves well with Physicians what a load of shit.
 








I have a feeling they are going to be micromanaging everybody within the first year.

I have a feeling they're also going to have a high turnover rate in the first six months because people will continue to interview

I have a feeling there wont be anyone to micromanage.

I have a feeling a new manager just quit. A total bitch so it just saved some people alot of misery.

As a manager I can assure you I am not looking to micromanage anyone, in fact I will be continuing to interview and keep my feelers out there myself. There are many red flags here and I am well aware that my team will be continuing to look for other opportunities.

Were all of the territories interviewed informed they got the position?

I think most everyone realizes that. The point is how unprofessional, how in humane, how unkind, how disgusting this company treats individuals. Definitely bottom of the barrel managers, and recruitment. I'm located in the NE and am not part of the Texas debacle, but the treatment was the same.
 








I have never heard of so many upset individuals. Rightfully so and am hoping everyone moves on quickly this company is a complete waste of your time don’t spend one more second waiting or wondering.
