Location Closures?

Ok, here's the cut and dry of it.
Rotech will also have to cut there overhead along with this restructure.
The only way to do that is to cut FTE's
So yes some of you will be loosing your jobs. People will not be replaced when they leave.
This is not a cake walk or a quick fix . It's progress . Even with all of this there is still no way to know for sure if Rotech will even pull out of this.

If your store lacks turnover in staff that is one thing against you. If the next store is to far away...that will be another.

Your LCM has quite a few years of keeping the place going strong hasn't she?

It does my heart good to see that horrible location can't keep a SR or RT. They're always advertising for both of those positions. If there was good or even decent management there they would be able to retain good people. When you leave a place like that and go work at a facility where you treated decently and are well respected you realize how BAD it really was. Bad pay, health ins, benefits, unqualified management, under staffed, old out dated equipment... I could go on forever. Not only should that location be closed, Rotech should be closed down too.
