Stockholder Here : Who is really responsible for the fall of this once good company ? Is it one person or conglomeration of people ? Obviously many many poor business decisions. I'm just waiting for the bottom to fall out, stock is artificially inflated by crafty manipulation.

A shift 20 years ago to a focus on Corp MBAs. Fast tracking them to leadership positions with little experience or depth. Arogance, with little knowledge is a fatal flaw

Science and research no longer matter; only PM and "working through others" and the most overly-bloated bureaucracy beyond belief. It is churn and smoke and mirrors to grow by shrinking and buying back stock and a "pipelie" of disaster.

IMO, if you want a who then look first to Tobias, who gave Wall Street control of the board, then to Sidney T whose tenure saw a huge spike in dishonest practices (he is our 1.2 billion dollar federal disgorgement CEO) and to some extent the current leader who was brought up the ranks to essentially clean up the mess using the approved Wall Street methods - which in the end leads to a demoralized workforce. A 1-2-3 punch indeed.
