Some DOS are already looking. They know if MDT deal goes through they won't have a job. MDT already hired their district managers, as well as reps for their tele patch(SEEQ) and LINQ division. Top performers reps from our company making over 180k won't take the shitty base of 35k from MDT.
 






Speaking from the MDT side, if you're in a position of regional management, you need to look for a different opportunity. It may not come to that but we are staffed across the country and looking strictly at the numbers and paperwork that I've seen, we're going to do a dramatic reorganization to the field force. Better to get your feelers out there now and not need them then to be blindsided. Nothing personal, but the team in place isn't getting it done.
