Life Vest has more job postings then Taco Bell

PSRs are no different ... they turn over just as fast as TMs, if not faster. It takes a lot of time to develop a seasoned PSR, so it really hurts our business when they leave. I wish Zoll valued their role and invested something - anything - in them.

We WASTE our time teaching you cardiology and explaining why you should never compare the LV to a car seat or parachute. So spend your time lying on your PIP. You can't tell me HOW to improve my performance because you don't speak the language and never sold the product. All you can say in your PIP is YOU need to hit the total arbitrary number some asshole assigned to this territory based on some fairy tale magic dust mathematical formula that no one can explain. Kind of like our algorithm for the LV. Why don't you just make one master and just write in your employees name when the time comes. Part of the battle TM's fight is the turnover itself. Customers unhappy with the constant change and unwilling to invest time in a new TM. The former reps in the geography, out of frustration do so much damage with the customer on their way out, and usually they work in the same space afterward continuing to create trouble.

It sickens me to think of all the good people who've come here, and had to leave due to not being able to financially stay here while doing good work to move business forward. Not being able to recover a business quick enough, and continuing the cycle of turnover.

The problem is easy to solve. It's been the same issue since the same issue since they started. It is been there forever, just no one brave enough to solve it,
