Check out how many positions they are trying to fill...this is not because of expansion or "growth". This is turnover..many of the TM roles are being filled for the 3rd or 4th time in 2 years. I worked here and this is the honest truth.

What a mess! Please no more questions asking if this is a place you should come work. If you are unemployed than yes please take the job and start looking immediately. Do not give up a current job for Life Vest. You will only make it 6 months to 2 years. The turnover is 60% or higher.
 






I love how Boston has 3 territories available.
Years ago I knew the reps that covered Boston/Rhode Island and the doctors pissed on the vest.
I can't imagine much has changed without new data. So why do they need 3 reps to fail, isn't one enough?

Exactly, reps having one hospital or 2 splitting a hospital but the same quota system. Lets see if we can get the reps to fail before a year and see how confused the doctors are when they have 2 reps at their hospital and don't write orders?? Hmmm

I'm an EP at Mass General and I think the Vest can't be beat!! Especially when the alternative is a 70,000 dollar defibrillator.

Your paying about 50,000 to much for your defibrillator. Funny I thought working for MASS GENERAL you'd had gotten a better price. Boy are you getting screwed! Typical Zoll management doesn't know how much a defibrillator cost. Lol

Same EP again. I was referring to the BSC Sub Q ICD. Check it out, slick device but nowhere near as quality as Zoll. You guys are leading the market.

What a joke ! Can't believe that the kiss ass management hacks are stoopping to this level and pretending to be an EP from Mass General... This is desperation at its finest. I've been to MGH, and know most of the EP staff. They wouldn't demean themselves or waste their time trolling this site in regards to the LifeVest ! ML, JW et al should spend more time trying to fix this train wreck and less time getting you Mgt A-holes to troll this site and hopelessly improve this scorched earth we past and present employees call Zoll Lifevest. Just stick to the same old crap of telling us TM's that we are losers for trolling this site and to get our lazy assess back to work and sell that whopping 1% mortality risk without an RCT or sound clinical guidelines.

Hey marketing... News flash for you. Our QUALITY STINKS. I understand the algorithm was proprietary to Phillips, but it ain't cittin it baby! And by the way for a company with a leader with an engineering background, and run by engineers, you guys suck. The best you can come up with in 5 years is a piece of shit cloth vest? My god go hire some nike employees they seem to put out new clothing every 7 days. And please don't even compare us to the BS product. It's like comparing a bi plane to a fighter jet. You better look over your shoulder because there is a VC raising cash coming for us. And if there smart, they will look at all the mistakes you've made inside, and hire all the reps from past years that brought you the business with their solid relationships.

Yeah ignore the man behind the curtain!!! Lol I benched warmed 1.5 million at 107% to your shitty plan. Can't find one person who can explain to me our quota system. Not my regional nor my director. I took a territory from 200k to 1.5 million. And by the way you had 6 reps in the territory before me. Oh and 8 managers. 25 years of CRM , surgery, and regional manager experience. This is the worst, most mis managed company with no accountability from within. Terrible customer service, no direction from entry level regional managers most of which have no cardiac selling experience. The only reason people use this product is 1) they don't have to buy it Drs just write an order. No skin in the game. 2) fear 3) cover there ass. This is not the way to spend health care dollars!!! RUN!!

PSRs are no different ... they turn over just as fast as TMs, if not faster. It takes a lot of time to develop a seasoned PSR, so it really hurts our business when they leave. I wish Zoll valued their role and invested something - anything - in them.
