Life after AAI - Lets share our stories

Limited.

Many people have working spouses. Children in schools. Extended family support. Illiquid properties. Twenty+ years accumulated work knowledge. They are not newly minted graduates.

And the invaders exploit this to the max. They themselves are bumps.

anyone with 20+ years is a target, PW loves to kill the old timers.

Anyone that stays at the same company for twenty and is not an executive is a fool. The longer you stay in a role, the more you show that you don't have any potential to learn new skills. You show that you are complacent and not able to modernize your skill set.

For me I was a manufacturing supervisor (sterile) which is the bottom of the barrel in management. I was told the average life span of a individual in this position was 2yrs or less. I accepted anyways thinking that the individual that told me that was over exaggerating. After about a year into the job I had realized that individual was right and laid my denials to the side. The job search begins!

I was getting blamed for every failure imaginable. Morale, lost batches, poor training.......the list goes on and on. Everyone from the CEO (Pat Walsh) down was blaming me for these issues. I watched as many of my co-workers were cut loose and blamed for problems they had no control over and I was constantly wondering when it would be my turn to be walked out. Needless to say these issues existed prior to me making the mistake of joining this organization. The equipment is the sterile facility is in a state of crisis and seriously needs replaced. Most of the failed batches were a result of this equipment and the companies lack of providing a training department. I was expected to take a new hire with zero aseptic experience and make them a aseptic operator in one week. That request is absolutely absurd! Plus many people had not received a pay increase in 3-4 years. That's really good for morale.

Needless to say my time at AAI raised my blood pressure and probably shaved a few years off my life. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. Upon leaving my health and quality of life has improved ten fold and I'm making more money and actually enjoy going to work. Leaving was the best move I could have ever made.

You FKn Lazy retarded no life Bum! Get a Job, YOU SUCK Jerk Off !
