Life after AAI - Lets share our stories

For me I was a manufacturing supervisor (sterile) which is the bottom of the barrel in management. I was told the average life span of a individual in this position was 2yrs or less. I accepted anyways thinking that the individual that told me that was over exaggerating. After about a year into the job I had realized that individual was right and laid my denials to the side. The job search begins!

I was getting blamed for every failure imaginable. Morale, lost batches, poor training.......the list goes on and on. Everyone from the CEO (Pat Walsh) down was blaming me for these issues. I watched as many of my co-workers were cut loose and blamed for problems they had no control over and I was constantly wondering when it would be my turn to be walked out. Needless to say these issues existed prior to me making the mistake of joining this organization. The equipment is the sterile facility is in a state of crisis and seriously needs replaced. Most of the failed batches were a result of this equipment and the companies lack of providing a training department. I was expected to take a new hire with zero aseptic experience and make them a aseptic operator in one week. That request is absolutely absurd! Plus many people had not received a pay increase in 3-4 years. That's really good for morale.

Needless to say my time at AAI raised my blood pressure and probably shaved a few years off my life. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. Upon leaving my health and quality of life has improved ten fold and I'm making more money and actually enjoy going to work. Leaving was the best move I could have ever made.

May the wrath of God come down on this management that has interrupted and destroyed the lives of it's hard working employees and their families for the sake of a dollar. May their profits continue to drop and their frustration to rise until they treat the working people fair and pay accordingly. Lord hear my prayers.

Research these guys. They don't stay any where long. Sorry attiudes that no one can respect or work for. Change everything, blame everybody, and fire everyone! Their recipe for World Class.

If they could get the $ signs out of their eyes and see to build the company to their expectations, employees need have a stable work place where you don't fear of losing your job weekly and management that can communicate!!!! in a positive non threatening or sarcastic manner is needed. Trust, respect and involvement will get you the difference it takes to excel. A few people call all the shots and if you question anything, well you see what happens. Just look at the exits in the past year.

Water Street must have blinders on with this bunch, but the rope is tightening up around their neck. Get the RV gased up as a get away bus for the Cali-clan to escape in!

It's the only thing that will turn this place around. Once they lost the respect of the majority it was over for them. There will be a lot of happy people watching them pull out. Pat, Tim, Paul looking out the back window of the bus and Ralph driving if they can find a booster seat to see over the wheel.

Some buddy found a man's hair piece in an old desk drawer yesterday at cpd. They first thought it was a dead ferret or something of that nature but it didn't have legs. I didn't think any body wore one under a hairnet.

RV is the biggest waste of protoplasm this side of the Mississippi.. and yet people kiss his a$$. they are a lower form of life than he is... you know who they are....

If that hair piece (herpes) looks like a dead possum then it belongs ot Larry....but you better give it to him soon since he is out the door this week......so long santa....goodbye safety.

This fellow is an arrogant, lying, vulgar talking poor excuse of a man. How he stays employed here is amazing even for this management group. I see why he has been labeled the "Rat"! We're still trying to figure out what he does, other than sit out back smoking and playing on his IPhone.

Safety has always been giving a bad wrap. But I think Larry and Sally have done a tremendous job considering the multiple sites in different cities they had to take care of. They pretty much forced him out, just like the others over the past year. This should show everyone what to look forward to with any long term career aspirations here.

Sally won't last long she will be gone soon just like the folks TP Gen....been here too long and makes too much money.

Little by little they are killing off the old timers and hiring less expensive less experienced people.

Life after AAI has been good for me. Blessed with health, happiness and peace of mind and a position with a company where I am accepted, appreciated and rewarded well. Eventho' I did learn alot and liked my job at AAI, my stay there was meant to be short lived. Culture shock but am adjusting well. Happy Happy Joy Joy

Life after aai has been very exciting. I have learned the true meaning of respect and admiration. I am now looked at as a valuable employee and am very well taken care of. aai is just a sweat shop with NO advancement for the hourly employee. The management will use you and take advantage of you and if you speak up over wrong doings that tou see, You're fired and given a box. I'm over aai and and wish my former coworkers the best of luck. But for the management and want to be's, I hope YOU rot in "HELL".

Cool story, bro! I bet you are excited. Though I wouldn't wish my former colleagues rot in hell, I would wish them luck. I would also remind them that AAI isn't a normal place. I think the immediate managers/supervisors, J, K, V, T, even D, and with some hesitance, R, are actually good people with strong hearts and good intentions. Though they can be hard asses, they treat humans as humans.

Now, their supervisors are a different story: "How many safety principles can we ignore before someone catches on fire?" How far can we push someone before they've hit the maximum dosage of adderall?" "How much stress can a person endure before their depression spirals into psychosis?" "Who wants free ice cream?" These are the questions they ask themselves.

A question you should ask yourself is, "Who are you working for?"

There may be no advancement within AAI but there is certainly advancement above AAI and away from AAI. I wish some of my former colleagues who say they can't find a better job than AAI would find a better company than AAI and take a little pay cut. Then, overtime, rise far above where you were at AAI. Plenty have done it. It will be like running through a ring of fire into a beautiful world on the other side.

I'm just glad the daily misery is over. Every day consisted of walk into building, put away lunch, drop shit off at desk, go into lab, turn on computer, do some shit, eat snack, do some shit, eat lunch, do some shit, eat snack, do some shit, go home. And also listen to my r***** supervisor tell me I need to increase my productivity as if I was in the lab just browsing the internet and talking to Hall street people, which I totally was, but he didn't know that.

No different then what's still going on. With some doing a majority of the work and slackers like yourself coasting by. You probably cost some good people their job bacause of your lost revenue from slacking they cut higher paying people to compensate for the loss. But you fit the PW and PM model, cheap head count and don't question anything because you don't do anything.

Congratulations!

Thanks. You sound like you really know what you're talking about. No one lost their job because of me. And even if they did, it would have been because I finished more work than they did, dick. By the way, shouldn't you be working.
