This place is getting worse by the day. Ugh so many vacancies that cannot get filled externally bc no one wants to come here. Bayer should be scared lots of new jobs getting getting posted …good ones work better pay and ops for advancement all of which are not here.

unless your goal is to be a lifelong sales consultant, why would you join? The company is eliminating a significant amount of leadership positions. Although, in three years, this company will probably be going back to the old model and higher record numbers of middle managers.

This is a baseless claim that will be going back to the old model. Nothing will change until Billy Anderson moves on and this company makes enough money, until then, we are forced to go through this gigantic change. If you can’t handle the chaos, you need to move on another company that will be going through changes in the future too.

That’s also baseless too. There are companies that are definitely changing their structure so it’s not just Bayer but there are more that are not. In fact are growing appropriately. Honestly the larger companies have been built with an old model that now requires adjustments however the newer smaller companies that are growing are leveraging their P&L and right sizing with current industry trends so you’re not comparing apples to apples.
Bayer=dead end - true
All= are doing the same untrue
 




































Many people leaving and Bayer doesn’t even care to know why. They don’t bc nothing will change. They want as many reps to leave and those left behind will assume others roles with no increase in pay. Best to leave while you have a job and when you can’t fake it anymore! Q3 IC plan even has a section on vacant territories- what does that tell you?
 






You guys say sinking ship? Should be crashing airplane. They said we are building the airplane as we fly it, actually- it’s about to crash? Time to jump fellas cuz they don’t care- they said so.Go back to other companies. Bye
 












If you are desperate and need a job then consider it but don’t take your foot of the gas in your search as this place is a colossal disaster. Merit increases are non existent, goals are unreachable, bonus has been super low culture has hit rock bottom. If you are leaving something for here just take a pass on any job opportunity from Bayer. They have 2-3 more waves of layoffs and rumor is the field teams are taking a big hit again in Q4. Beware

Not desperate. It’s a HQ global role. But it Seems it’s happening everywhere in the company…

Yes they’re not just restructuring sales they are restructuring the entire company including HQ. They layed off a bunch (100+) of HQ Pharma in March, another wave of 100+ in June and heard another round of 100+ in August. They’re it done and HQ is just as unstable as everything else so if you have a job I recommend keeping your feelers out there for someplace else as this place is not great!

HQ STI is terrible the lowest bonuses reported and we have not seen a good bonus in 3 years. LTI they have take away almost 60% of the original Al Amie stocks are at an all time low and Ove lost thousands there- financially it could not be worse for us
