Let's work smarter as a team to make Adu a success!!!

I’m a Reimbursement Specialist who has launched challenging biological products before. This is not a pill with great coverage where docs are waiting hand over fist to start patients on. That’s why some of us were hired. It’s called sales and creating the market. Many pill pushing sample dropping caterers were passed over in hiring process. Those dummies don’t get it.

If it was a good product that helped patients, you would not have to create the market for it.

Wow what a dummy. We see why you were not hired here. What a mental stooge.

Have a nice life!

Prescribing procedures: Following updates to labels and confusion about insurance coverage, many providers have been unwilling to prescribe Aduhelm to patients. A group of health care providers discussed best practices for clinicians wishing to use Aduhelm at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in Denver this week. The team recommended that patients only receive Aduhelm after substantial scans and potentially genetic testing to confirm the drug is appropriate for them — much of which isn’t covered by insurance.

Retired neurologist with Alzheimer’s knows firsthand the risks of Biogen’s new drug

Daniel Gibbs had received only four monthly doses of Biogen’s experimental Alzheimer’s drug in a clinical trial in 2017 when he ended up in an intensive care unit. He had an excruciating headache, and his blood pressure was so high that doctors thought he might be having a stroke.

It turned out that the retired Portland, Ore., neurologist ― who had treated Alzheimer’s patients before he was diagnosed with the disease himself in 2015 ― was experiencing some of the worst reported side effects of the drug. Doctors prescribed medicines to lower his blood pressure, which reached 206/116, and later to reduce brain swelling. But for weeks afterward, he struggled to read, follow conversations, and do simple math. He recovered but never again took the Alzheimer’s drug.

We are losing champions and supporters almost daily out in the field. Appointments are getting canceled and reps are being told not to come back. Reps are saying that even the offices that they have long, well established relationships with are closing their doors to this dumpster fire of a med.

How exactly will "working smarter" fix any of those problems?

We do lose people every single day. The company is so desperate and there will be absolutely no way to turn this around. Hospitals now look to major systems that have said absolutely no to this drug and there will not be a turnaround. 95% of all hospitals will not take this drug on now. The ongoing investigations tell the story as well. Something dirty will surface. It always does. Expect layoffs 4th quarter. No doubt about it.

I don’t know why they’d even wait that long. There have been less than a dozen infusions nationwide in the two months since approval.

Instead these idiots are bringing on even more people to go out into the field to sell an impossible med.

Expect miserable working conditions until the plug is mercifully pulled.

So true. It is pretty safe to say layoffs will be in October, November, or December of this year.
