I am super nervous about March. Anyone have a good idea of what a severance package might look like for us?
Yes, been through a number of them. Unless you moved over from another division, expect 6 weeks plus insurance through the end of the month you are terminated

‘if you moved over, expect 6 weeks plus 2 weeks for each year of service plus insurance through the end of the month you are terminated

There's a very good chance the FDA will rule on this December/January. If they are going the route of a CRL and a request for BIIB to do a new phase 3 trial, they will want Biogen to start that as soon as possible.

I say this not to be mean, but realistic that this could come early and you need to be financially prepared as such in terms of saving & cutting spending.
